Cold temperatures are set to remain throughout the weekend, but milder weather is on the way next week.
Saturday and Sunday are expected to be cold but largely dry days, with good periods of sunshine and temperatures reaching 7C at best.
More unsettled weather is expected to set in for the first half of the coming week, with a slight rise in temperatures but some rain.
The second half of the week is forecast to bring in drier but colder weather again.
