Cork Port was evacuated following a massive blaze at the facility earlier today.
It is understood that the blaze started at a grain storage depot in Ringaskiddy. A huge smoke plume was visible up to 4km away.
The fire is being treated as ‘accidental.’
There have been no reports of personal injuries.
