Contrary to reports – CIA and MI6 say rumours about Putin being in bad health are nonsense

There are no signs that Russian President Vladamir Putin is suffering from any serious health issues, the CIA Director William Burns has said with MI6 chief Richard Moore supporting the assessment.

In a public appearance, a security forum in Aspen, Colorado the director of the US Central Intelligence Agency told attendees:
“There are lots of rumours about President Putin’s health.
“As far as we can tell he’s entirely too healthy.”

The Chief of the UK’s Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) backed up the CIA Director’s assertions stating: “There’s no evidence Putin’s suffering from serious ill health.”

This directly contradicts Ukrainian propaganda, which western media outlets have repeated unquestioningly, with Sky News recently allowing the fake news spewed about Putin’s health by Ukraine’s intelligence chief, Major General Budanov to be aired unchallenged.

Budanov Putin “doesn’t have a long life ahead of him” and claimed Putin was in “very bad psychological and physical condition and he is very sick” in his Sky News interview.

Time and again western media outlets have been left embarrassed after uncritically mouthed ridiculous Ukrainian propaganda only to have these stories debunked within days if not hours.
