Construction may not reopen as easing restrictions on April 5th now under threat as case numbers continue to rise

Whether Ireland will see any significant easing of restrictions on April 5th now remains to be seen.

It’s understood that top governmental officials are very concerned with rising case numbers, especially in children testing positive.

Construction and the remaining secondary school years may now not be returning on April 5th, as previously stated.

Micheal Martin, Leo Varadkar and Eamon Ryan will all meet with NPHET who’ll tell them what to do in relation to reopening the country.

The 5km limit will still hopefully be lifted, but inter-county travel will still be restricted.

Sports like Tennis and Golf may still go ahead but people will not be allowed meet up in gardens or outdoors settings.

We should have a better idea next week as to what NPHET has decided to make the Irish people do.
