Coronavirus: Harris warns that there’ll be no ‘returning to normal’ once lockdown measures are lifted

The current extension of the coronavirus restriction measurements are due to expire on May 5th, but whether that happens or not is anyone’s guess at this point.

What is also anyone’s guess is just what sort of normality we will have once the restrictions are unwound and things start to go back to the way they would usually be.

Minister for Health Simon Harris has warned that there will be no ‘returning to normal’ once the current lockdown restrictions are lifted.

The minister’s words come the day after the ongoing lockdown was extended until May 5th at least.

Mr. Harris added that Ireland is at a ‘delicate and critical point’ in its fight against Covid-19.
