A court has heard that a man who refused to have his car taken resulted in a garda being dragged roughly 40 metres along a road, causing significant head injuries, reports The Mirror.
At a Naas Circuit Criminal Court session, 23-year-old George Richard Asimionesei entered a guilty plea to charges of endangering others and driving dangerously following an incident that occurred in Barberstown, County Kildare on August 22, 2022.
