The Government has reportedly agreed to end most remaining coronavirus restrictions from Monday, February 28.
The resolution means that, from that date, mask wearing will become voluntary in most settings except for healthcare.
Mask usage has always been rather controversial and of limited help in preventing disease anyway, so most people would probably agree that removing masks from daily life for eternity is a good thing.
