The Government will reportedly agree on the so-called ‘Green List’ in the near future, though advice remains to not travel abroad this summer.
The list, which names the countries that are theoretically ‘safe’ to travel to because of their low coronavirus risk, was originally scheduled to be published today.
People returning from those ‘safe’ countries would not need to self-isolate for 14 days upon returning to Ireland.
Despite this, the Government remains steadfast in its advice to not travel abroad this summer.
