Ireland could see a four-day long St. Patrick’s festivity this year to ‘thank’ people for their sacrifices during the pandemic.

It is understood that the Government is supportive of the idea of an extra long St. Patrick’s Weekend.

It was also confirmed that most frontline health staff are in line to receive a one-off €1,000 payment.
