Covid-19: Non-essential shops to remain open, but no January sales this year




Non-essential shops are to remain open, but the traditional January sales will not happen this year.

Instead, the sales might be held at a later point in 2021.

Ireland’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Tony Holohan has referred to the Covid-19 situation as ‘very concerning.’
