People over 50 and care workers across the UK will be offered booster coronavirus jabs from next week.
It is understood that ‘vulnerable’ people over the age of 16 will also be offered booster shots.
The first booster shot should not be given earlier than six months after the person has received their second dose.
A regular booster schedule will likely keep pharma companies’ coffers full for a long time to come.
