The World Health Organization (WHO) has reported a record increase in coronavirus cases worldwide for the second day in a row.
A total of 259,848 new cases were reported on Saturday. This figure followed 237,743 new reported infections on Friday.
Officially, there have been over 14m cases of coronavirus worldwide, with almost 600,000 deaths so far. Experts believe however that the true figures are far higher.
