Covid-19: Taoiseach says that the unvaccinated will not see their freedoms further restricted in Ireland, but that ‘nothing can be ruled out’

Taoiseach appointee Micheal Martin has said that the unvaccinated will not see their freedoms further restricted in Ireland, a measure that Austria has just introduced, only allowing residents there to earn their freedom back by going to work.

Mr. Martin has nevertheless said that ‘nothing can be ruled out.’

Government ministers will meet with members of the National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET) later this evening to discuss the worsening coronavirus situation.
