Taoiseach appointee Micheal Martin is to address the nation later today about upcoming changes to lockdown restrictions.
While some restrictions might be lifted or eased, no major changes are expected.
It is understood that outdoor children’s sports are likely to be allowed from April 5th, and that some construction work will resume.
Pubs, bars, restaurants, and other hospitality establishments will likely remain closed for at least four to six additional weeks, if not longer.
