A cyclist in his 30s has been killed after being hit by a car in Co. Kerry.
The incident happened as the man was cycling near the Gap of Dunloe early on Sunday morning.
The cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the car was not injured in the collision.
It’s been a grim few days on Irish roads, after three elderly ladies died in a crash in Co. Limerick on Thursday evening, and a man in his 20s was killed when the vehicle he was travelling in left the road near Dundrum in Tipperary earlier today.
