Luke Littler hired social media gurus to make sure he wouldn’t read any hurtful remarks about his relationship with Eloise Milburn on the internet, reports The Mirror.

Littler’s partner gained attention after his victory at the World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace.

Being a darts player herself, Milburn is almost four years her partner’s senior, and the age difference has garnered significant notice.

Littler hadn’t turned 17 until after the Ally Pally event, reports The Mirror.

The two are nearly five years apart, and Milburn, 21, is frequently in the spotlight because she was a member of Littler’s entourage at all of his games.

The darts sensation made measures to make sure that he and his companion were spared from seeing the disparaging remarks being made on social media.

Littler told The Guardian : “We knew people would find out [about their relationship] but it started off very bad. As the weeks go on [the abuse of Milburn on social media] has been almost forgotten. We’ve been talking for a few months now,” reports The Mirror.

“I’ve brought her along to the worlds, got to the final and whatever people say, they can say it. It’s not going to affect me or my mental strength. I’ve got guys doing my Instagram now and they delete it before I see it,” reports The Mirror.
