Disgraceful: Heartless ticket touts look to cash in on Ariana Grande Manchester benefit concert by selling tickets for TEN times their original value

There is widespread outrage on social media and throughout the UK today as a bunch of thoughtless people have decided to sell their Ariana Grande Manchester Arena tribute concert tickets for ten times there original value.

The concert which is set to take place this coming Sunday will house a whole host of stars including Take That, Katy Perry and Pharrell as they pay tribute to the 22 people who sadly lost their lives in the brutal attack.

Although the benefit gig tickets went on sale earlier this week for €50 each, some heartless and thoughtless extortionists have decided to re-sell their tickets from two to ten times their original value.

The appalling actions of those reselling the tickets for the sold out event had drawn widespread criticism on social media with many condemning their actions.

One Twitter user wrote: “How dare they re-sell tickets for their own personal gain it makes me sick – god help those poor families involved”

Whilst another wrote: “This is actually disgusting”, sharing a screengrab of the tickets being sold off on ebay.”

Meanwhile Live Nation along with Ticketmaster who are organising the benefit concert which is being held at Manchester’s Old Trafford Cricket ground said they have already agreed with a number of outlets including Viagogo that the resale of tickets would not occur, however as with any concert there a few cases of extortion that manage to slip through the net.
