The driver of the lorry where 39 Vietnamese people were found dead in Essex in recent times has pleaded guilty in court.

25-year-old Maurice Robinson, from Co. Armagh in Northern Ireland, has entered a guilty plea to the charge of assisting illegal immigration.

Mr. Robinson also faces 39 counts of manslaughter, which may translate into a lengthy prison sentence.
