Dublin Bus driver rushed to hospital after suffering a suspected heart attack whilst on duty




A Dublin Bus driver has been taken to hospital after suffering suspected a heart attack whilst on duty this morning.

According to The Irish Sun newspaper, the driver was taken to The Mater Hospital following the incident which occurred at approximately 8am.

It is understood that Gardaí were forced to close off O’Connell Street Bridge in order for emergency services to attend to the driver.

Although the driver’s condition is currently unknown, it is believed that he was rushed to hospital via ambulance from the scene shortly after 8am this morning.
