The water affected is Dunnes Stores ‘my family favourites’ Natural Irish Still Water, which is sold in a multi-pack of 12 500-ml bottles.
The market chain originally recalled only the batch affected, which had a best before date of November 2015 with batch code L214314.
However, it later extended the recall order to include all batches with expiry dates of November 2015.
The product recall was sparked by customers noticing a bad taste in the water.
