EastEnders star Samantha Womack has posted online about how she has been diagnosed with breast cancer.
Ms. Womack, who played Ronnie in the BBC soap, was posting a tribute to the late Olivia Newton-John with a throwback photo of her with her daughter Lily Rose, and Ms. Newton-John when the three met during Ms. Womack’s time in the production of Grease on the West End.
Commenting on the meeting, she wrote: “I was so excited and in awe, she was my childhood. I now start my own battle with this disease and am left feeling deeply moved.”
