Energy regulator says people won’t be turfed out in the cold for the winter months as people who can’t pay won’t be disconnected between December 1 to February 28

With the national broadcaster issuing as many warnings and scaremongering as is possible, people are petrified that they’ll not be able to heat their homes this winter.

However, there is some respite for people who are really feeling the pinch.

People who can’t pay their energy bills will not be disconnected between December 1 to February 28, it has been announced today.

Most energy suppliers have increased their prices over recent weeks, leading to hardship for many.

Meanwhile, the same suppliers are posting record profits, while gouging their customers.
