Last night saw a live debate on RTE’s PrimeTime for the Southern counties candidates aiming to represent Ireland as an MEP.
A total of 9 candidates were live in the studio while many others participated throughout the show in short one minute segments each.
RTE have been heavily criticised for censoring many candidates who say that they’re not being allowed to democratically represent their views against the mainstream parties.
The final week of campaigning will see more debates on Claire Byrne tonight and Primetime tomorrow.
