EU Parliament candidate Hermann Kelly of the Irish Freedom Party speaks out about censorship of his campaign

Several European election candidates have spoken out about censorship of their campaigns on traditional as well as social media.

Herman Kelly, of The Irish Freedom party, who is standing as a candidate for the European Parliament in Dublin has been blackballed by RTE, most Dublin radio stations and now CIE have broken a signed contract for bus advertisements.

To add to this authoritarian censorship by multiple media outlets and public companies in Ireland, Facebook have now also refused to allow the Mr Kelly’s campaign to buy advertisements on the social media network.

This follows another European Parliament candidate, Ben Gilroy’s, unsuccessful High Court challenge against RTE over its refusal to allow him and 39 other EU parliament candidates to take part in live debates.

CIE had received vitriolic messages from leftist Twitter activists earlier this month after European Parliament candidate Gemma O’Doherty had her campaign advertisements displayed on Dublin Bus.

Despite the temper tantrum of these virtue signalling, keyboard social justice activists these advertisements remained.
