Aldi will create 400 new jobs in Ireland over the next three years.
The supermarket giant are set to open 20 new shops here as part of a €100 million expansion.
Three new branches are planned for Trim, Co Meath, Leixlip, Co Kildare and Ennistymon, Co Clare.
Giles Hurley, Group Managing Director stated: “We have a very aggressive store opening plan for the next three years, planning to open 20 new stores plus additional extensions to our current store portfolio.
“We are building on the sustained growth we have achieved in the last few years and will be creating an additional 400 jobs.
