Thanks to the inept government in Leinster House, the south is left behind yet again as The Liberal can exclusively reveal that Northern Ireland leaders will announce later today that barbers and hairdressers will be allowed open from Friday, April 23rd.
Along with that, the North will see outdoor hospitality recommencing from May 15th.
The Liberal also understands that pubs will be back open in the north by the first week of June.
