Extremely long queues have been reported at Manchester Airport, hindering people’s holiday plans.
According to local sources, the queues shockingly reached the car park at times.
The facility is struggling to cope with a sudden surge in passenger numbers post-Covid and staff shortages, in most cases because of airport authorities sacking people during the Covid era, which is now over.
