You really couldn’t make it up, the disastrous nightclub shenanigans for “living with covid” continue to unravel as the days go by.
With footage going viral of long queues of people trying to get into nightclubs over the weekend, organisers and entertainment reps say that the system is impractical, unworkable and basically yet another complete and utter disaster that the government have come up with.
Representatives of the entertainment industry have branded the Government’s ticketing guidelines for nightclubs and live gig venues a ‘disaster.’
From next week, everyone intending to attend a nightclub, or thinking of going to a gig, will need to purchase a ticket one hour in advance.
The industry has asked the government for a two week grace period to implement the ludicrous demand.
From now on, if you want to go to a club, you have to buy a ticket, have a Covid cert, wear masks inside, and remain dancing at all times if you’re to have a slim chance of survival.
