The first picture of the baby abandoned in Rathcoole, Dublin, 12 days ago, has been released.
Gardai said that they have received a number of calls in relation to the abandonment of the baby, but the mother has so far not been found.
Sergeant Maeve O’ Sullivan, Child Protection Unit, Clondalkin, said today in a statement:”We are releasing this photograph so Mum can see her little baby girl and we would ask Mum to please contact us.”
