Four young people sadly died, and at least 14 others were injured, after a third-floor balcony collapsed in the French city of Angers.
The incident occurred late Saturday evening. It is understood that a housewarming party was taking place at the time.
Falling debris caused two other balconies in floors below to collapse also.
The incident bears striking similarities with the Berkeley tragedy last year, where six students lost their lives after the balcony they were standing on collapsed.
