Police in the UK have launched a fresh appeal to find the thug killerr of a great-grandmother who died two months after being dragged, punched and kicked across her home is still on the run, a year after her death.
87-yr-old Eileen Blane, was horrifically attacked by a thug leaving her with broken ribs and her spine damaged – subsequently killing the elderly lady.
The evil thug left her Manchester home with just £30 in cash and a £20 ring in February 2017.
She spoke to detectives from her hospital bed after the attack, but was found collapsed in her home two months later by her son David Blane, 58.
Her death was later linked to her injuries by a pathologist and it became a murder investigation last May.
Eileen told police that the evil thug threw her around her home, beating her looking for money but she managed to get a very good detailed description of the coward’s face.
Police believe the coward is on the run – possibly even in Ireland and have appealed for social media sharing of his photo.
An E-Fit photo has been released by police and anyone with information is asked to contact them on 0044161 856 9283/6777 .
