Gardaí in Dublin have begun an investigation after a man aged in his 20s was killed following a suspected hit and run incident in the early hours of this morning.
The investigation comes after the young man was hit on the Swords Road at the Collins Avenue Junction, at approximately 12.20am.
Gardaí say they believe he may have been hit by a heavy goods vehicle that failed to remain at the scene.
