Gardaí in Dublin have launched an investigation after a young man was stabbed in the early hours of Sunday morning.
It is understood the 19-year-old man was attacked in the Liffey Street area at approximatley 2:50am.
Although the man sustained serious injuries, Gardai say the was taken the Mater Hospital, but his injuries are not life-threatening.
Gardaí say an investigation is currently ongoing.
