Gardaí in Co Mayo have launched an investigation after 500 cannabis plants were found at a grow house.
It is understood the investigation comes after the plants worth an estimated €400,000 were found at a premises in Ballinastanford in Claremorris.
Gardaí say no arrests have yet been made and an investigation is currently ongoing.
