Gardaí in Co Laois have issued an appeal to the public for their assistance in order to help trace the whereabouts of missing man Helbijs Lejins.
Helbijs, 27, has not been seen since he left his home at Laurel Drive, Portlaoise, last Thursday, January 16th.
Helbijs is described as being 6’1″ in height, of a slim build, has blue/grey coloured eyes and brown hair.
When he was last seen Helbijs was wearing a black jacket, black tracksuit bottoms, black and grey runners and was carrying a grey backpack.
Gardaí say they and Helbijs’s family are concerned for his welfare.
