Gardaí in Dublin have confirmed that a man has been arrested following a robbery at a retail outlet in Palmerstown.
The arrest comes after the man armed with a screwdriver and wheel brace threatened staff before fleeing the scene with a quantity of cash.
Gardaí say the man was later arrested and was taken to Clondalkin Garda Station.
