Gardai arrest two people after men rob pharmacy in Donnybrook with screwdrivers




The Gardaí have arrested two men after a robbery at a pharmacy in Dublin.

Two men “brandishing screwdrivers” enter a pharmacy in Donnybrook and threaten staff shortly after 2pm, according to the Gardaí.

They stole cash, a phone and drugs before fleeing on foot.

Two men in their 40s were subsequently arrested in the Clonskeagh area and drugs were recovered in the search operation.

Both men are currently being held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Irishtown Garda station.

The investigation into Saturday’s robbery continues.
