Gardai concerned as “Plans are underway” for a huge anti-lockdown rally in Dublin on St Patrick’s Day




Gardai are anticipating large numbers gathering in Dublin City Centre on St Patrick’s Day to voice their dismay at the government’s handling of the pandemic and indeed to end the lockdown once and for all.

Organisers of another anti-lockdown protest planned for St Patrick’s Day say that preparations are well underway for a “peaceful” and “justified” protest to take place on March 17th.

Gardai are said to be extremely concerned that there’s a huge anti-lockdown protest planned for the capital on St Patrick’s Day.

The Liberal understands that organisers of anti-lockdown protests plan on holding similar events in the coming weeks with a major one underway for St Patrick’s Day.

It must be noted that the majority of people who recent protests were peaceful and even jovial in spirit, but unfortunately the so-called ‘Rocket Man’ decided to shoot a firework at gardai and all hell broke loose on Grafton St.

Gardai said that they have intelligence which shows that a major anti-lockdown rally is now planned for St Patrick’s Day with a number of groups made up of thousands of people saying they’re going to attend the March 17th event.
