Gardaí in Co Kildare are appealing to the public for help in order to find missing man Erik Murray.
Erik (67) is understood to have been missing from his home in Celbridge, since yesterday morning. Gardai say Mr Murray was last seen when he left home at approximately 10.30am on Wednesday morning. When last seen Erik was wearing a black trousers, black jacket and had a black rucksack with him.
Erik is described as being approximately 5 foot 8 inches in height, bald, and of slim build.
Erik left in his vehicle 03 D 6474, a blue Lexus IS 200 and is known to hill-walk on the Dublin and Wicklow Mountains.
