Gardai investigating the death of a man in Cork city are now treating the incident as murder.
The deceased was found at Castlegreina House on the Boreenamanna Road in Cork city on Saturday. The property in question has been derelict for a number of years.
In a gruesome development, Gardai confirmed that the head and arms were missing.
Gardai believe that the remains had only been at the location for a few days.
