Gardai have launched an investigation after a 4-year-old boy suffered ‘life-threatening injuries’ at a house in an Irish city.
It is understood that the boy was found at a house in Rathbane, south Limerick, on Saturday. The boy is believed to have sustained the injuries in a ‘fall.’
He was taken to University Hospital Limerick before being transferred to Temple Street Children’s Hospital in a ‘very serious’ condition.
Gardai are said to be keeping an open mind about this incident.
