Gardai have launched an investigation after a 34-year-old man was left in a critical condition following an assault in Dublin overnight.
The man was found with serious head injuries in the Killinarden Estate area of Tallaght, Dublin, at around 11pm on Saturday evening. He was rushed to Tallaght hospital, where he remains in a life-threatening condition.
