Gardai have launched an investigation after a taxi driver was assaulted and his vehicle was stolen in Co. Galway.
The incident happened in Barna in the early hours of October 15.
A male passenger reportedly assaulted the driver and sped off in the cab.
The taxi driver was not seriously injured.
