Gardaí in Dublin have launched an investigation this afternoon after an armed robbery took place in Chapelizod.
It is understood the armed assailant entered a premises in the area at approximately 2.30pm with what appeared to be a firearm.
The man them proceeded to threaten staff and made off with quantity of cash.
