Gardai have launched an investigation into an alleged sexual assault that reportedly took place inside a vehicle in Dublin on Sunday.
The incident allegedly took place in the Ballsbridge area of the capital, between midnight and 2.30am on Sunday morning last.
Gardai are asking for anyone who may have been in the vicinity of Shelbourne Road, Merrion Sq., and Serpentine Avenue around the time of the alleged incident, and think they may have seen or noticed anything suspicious, to contact Irishtown Garda Station on 01 6669600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
