Gardai in Wicklow are appealing for the public’s assistance to locate the whereabouts of 14-year-old Richard “Ricky” Wall.
Richard was last seen in Baltinglass Co Wicklow at 1pm today.
He’s described as being 5ft 5 in height, slim build, and brown hair.
He was wearing black jeans, black jacket, blue and white striped shirt and white runners when last seen.
