Speaking outside Leinster House today the Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams said “Good luck and bon voyage” to Enda Kenny as he departs as Fine Gael leader from midnight tonight.
He said that the government that Kenny presided over was a “do nothing government” that did absolutely nothing for the people of Ireland.
Kenny will officially step down as Fine Gael leader from midnight tonight as Simon Coveney and Leo Varadkar will battle it out to become the new Fine Gael leader and inevitable Taoiseach.
