Through her mother, Sarah Sherlock, Aisling Crowley of Clonaslee, County Laois, filed a lawsuit against AVTD Ltd., which operates as Supermac’s in Tullamore and has its registered office at William Street in Tullamore, County Offaly, reports Breaking News.

On December 6, 2012, it was stated that Aisling, then six months old, was in her mother’s arms when her mother slipped and fell while heading to the Supermac’s counter.

There were allegations that the restaurant’s floor was dangerously slippery and damp, reports Breaking News.

Every claim was rejected.

According to the allegations, the infant suffered a concussion after falling out of the mother’s arms. The baby’s skull hitting the floor was reportedly heard like a china dish cracking, despite her mother’s best efforts to save the child from falling, reports Breaking News.
