
There is some good news for fans of the hit BBC series Peaky Blinders as the show’s creator has said that the show will continue beyond season five.
In an announcement that will have fans excited, the show’s creator Steven Knight confirmed that he plans to keep the series going for at least another two series.
The news of the show’s future comes after the premiere of the show’s fifth season in Birmingham.
Although the series starring Cillian Murphy is not expected to air on BBC until later this year, fans have been given an explanation as what is to come as Knight revealed that this season will be set in the aftermath of the Wall Street Crash.
The series has been on hiatus for over a year has recieved critical acclaim for its portrayal of gangster and criminal activity in post World War I Birmingham.
