The Government are expected to announce the €165bn National Development Plan.
It is understood that Government ministers will announce the plan following a meeting at UCC.
The plan which will be announced at Páirc Ui Chaoimh is expected to commit significant funding to transport, housing and other infrastructure projects up until 2030.
